The Challenge
Important client meetings were consistently delayed. Staff wasted 10-15 minutes fumbling with HDMI cables, wrong TV inputs, and poor laptop audio that made it impossible for remote participants to hear the room clearly.
The Solution
We installed a dedicated Microsoft Teams Room system. This included a wide-angle smart camera, noise-cancelling microphones mounted in the ceiling, and a simple touch-screen console on the table to manage calls without a laptop.
The Results
- Meetings now start reliably with a single tap on the console.
- Remote clients receive crystal-clear audio and video of the whole room.
