The Challenge
Staff tablets lost connection when moving between the restaurant and lobby due to thick internal walls. Simultaneously, guests frequently complained about dropping connections in their rooms.
The Solution
We conducted a full RF site survey to map signal interference. Based on the data, we deployed Wi-Fi 6 access points with overlapping coverage and configured seamless roaming protocols to handle device handoffs.
The Results
- Staff point-of-sale tablets maintain connection across the entire floor plan.
- Stable connections provided even during peak check-in times.
